3. Semi-finished Product Quality Control: Before painting, each wooden chair undergoes rigorous quality inspection. Inspectors carefully check the frame for knots, ensuring 100% perfect assembly and meeting high-quality standards for every chair.

4. Coloring Process: After inspection, the chairs are baked at high temperatures and then treated with three layers of high-quality paint. This not only improves the chair's durability but also ensures a uniform coating and a beautiful appearance.

5. Finished Product Inspection: Each finished wood chair is carefully inspected to ensure there are no issues with uneven paint, color inconsistencies, or damage, guaranteeing a perfect presentation for every piece of solid wood chair.

6. Packaging: Each wooden chair is carefully wrapped in plastic film for the seat and PE cotton for the frame. They are then placed in a 5-layer thickened corrugated cardboard box to ensure they are not damaged during transportation.
